The guys who installed our carpet were the best! We absolutely loved talking with them and they were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed touring the sales floor and picking out our carpet and appreciated all the samples we were able to take home. I only give four stars because our sales person was very hard to get ahold of and did not give us much communication throughout the process. We reached out several times before we would get a response.

Nick C is awesome! He walked me through the entire house and options for each room. Very patient and understanding. Would recommend thirty-one for all your flooring needs!

I love all the products....wood flooring, carpeting and quartz countertop...but the service was exceptional. I received great initial advice when selecting the products but also an issue was resolved after installation in a timely manner with great customer service! I couldn't recommend them more!

This review has been a long time coming. We’ve used Thornton for a few projects in the past, but I’ve failed to leave a review. They recently assisted us with two projects: changing out carpet in two upstairs bedrooms as well as our quartz countertops.
James and Nick are the “dynamic duo”. They are the Batman and Robin, the Butch Cassidy and Sundance kid, the Riggs and Murtaugh of Thornton (they can fight over who’s who 👀🤪)

James first assisted me in choosing a new, premium carpet that met my super-picky standards for our two upstairs bedrooms. I was so impressed with the time he spent helping me choose the perfect carpet, we decided to head back and check out their countertop selection. That process certainly wasn’t easy for them as I went back and forth way too many times and quite possibly drove both he and Nick crazy in the process. Between the numerous emails and phone calls, from choosing the most stunning countertop to compliment our kitchen, to coordinating the installation with their installer, my husband and I were thrilled with the final result. We love our new kitchen and everyone that sees it loves it as well.

Thorton did great on all levels. Karn dead on the other hand had a handful of flaws in their product. I was surprised because I've used them quite a bit. Had 1 piece to spare so it all worked out

We chose Thornton flooring after a fantastic initial visit with Lauryn who spent time walking us through all of our options and pricing out our choices. We never felt pressured to spend more or to go with something other than what we wanted. We brought our little boy with us and Lauryn was so patient with him as well.
Upon installation we learned our padding had sold out, so Thornton worked with us to get a comparable pad. We were also pushed back one day, but our hardwood floor got put in on that first day. Thornton instantly worked out another carpeting team to come install on the very next day and the team did amazing work and had the whole basement done in one day!

There are always things that go wrong and somewhere along the way our garage freezer had been unplugged and never plugged in again. We ended up losing some meat and mentioned it to the people at Thornton. They offered payment to replace what was lost with absolutely no argument.

We would highly recommend Thornton Flooring to anyone looking for flooring. The selection is fantastic, the customer service can't be beat, and they appear to truly care about their customers. When we refinish our upstairs flooring we know we will be back.

Process was easy with helpful service and lots of options for anyone's price range. We were on the calendar for measuring within a couple days, and for installation within a week (with choosing in-stock product). The installation staff were skilled and friendly with a high attention to detail. Even though they had been over booked that day and had to alter their schedule, they stayed late until 7:30 to finish the job. From sales to measuring to installation, all staff were exceptional. Nick was very helpful.I was able to bring several samples home to make the right choice of carpet. Someone came out and measured and we were given an estimate quite quickly. It’s been an easy process.

Price and install was great! Brian was our salesman. There was a slight delay in response time, but we still made it work.

The installers were good & professional. Not exactly timely. Ours required a 2-day install. They said they would be out at 2pm the second day. They didn't show up until 4:45pm. Had to find something to do in the meantime with my baby, but otherwise it looks gorgeous!

FYI.... they have the thick 9/16" padding, as I was informed by another company that the 9/16"thickness "did not exist." It's so soft, it's literately like walking on a cloud! So glad my brother recommended me here. Price for carpet & install was half that of their competitor, too!

Prices are right! Plenty in stock of carpet and vinyl flooring. Easy access to the warehouse for pickup. Salesmen explained difference between carpets so I could make an educated decision in my choice and why.

The carpet layers showed up to install right at 8am, as said. Jestin and Justin were polite, hard working, and efficient. They removed and installed a lot of carpet well in an impressive amount of time. Thank you! We are enjoying the carpet we chose!

Was given a quote 100 sq ft larger than two other estimates. When I questioned the company, they assured me I would be able to return any extra unopened flooring for a full refund. When my project was finished, I had over 100 sq ft left. When I acquired about the refund, they told me this type of flooring was not eligible for a refund. There was no mention of any flooring not being eligible for a refund. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times and received little feedback and eventually my calls were ignored. Very shady business practice that really ruined my experience.

Edit: Was contacted by general manager and received refund for extra quoted flooring.

If you go here ask for Al! A lot of people I've known over the past 12 years have used him! He's very knowledgeable, quick, and always does the right thing! We've used Thornton flooring for carpet with our last two houses and have been very happy

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable! I'm glad I made my purchase of vinyl flooring there!

We worked with Tyler and he was very helpful. We did some wild things with tile that most would not have done, but wow did it come out great. We found the tile to be very consistent in dimensions and high quality. We went with the Acacia flooring and it is beautiful. We ordered extra because we thought there would be about 10 percent waste. We had very little waste and they were helpful with returning the extra. Because it was a stocked product there was not return charge. It was a wonderful experience. We are 400 miles from their store but we saved enough that it was well worth the trip.

We bought flooring that was a special order so it took a week to get the product. We were happy with the sales staff and pickup staff, they were helpful and friendly.

I got great sales service and advice on both carpet, pads and vinyl when installed nearly 2 years ago. The installation was perfect too all is wearing well and still looks like new.

Awesome is the best word to describe our experiences as in multiple. We first purchased tile for our bathroom remodel. We were so pleased we came back and purchased carpeting for the house. Now we are going back for the third time to purchase tile for our kitchen remodel. Need I say more??
