I had a spring break on my garage door on Sunday evening, I called I Overhead Door on Monday morning and they had a repair man at my home in just a few hours. It only took the technician about thirty minutes to make the repairs and back in service. Thanks to them for getting the repairs made quickly.

Well, Sunday morning, garage door will not go up!! Looked at springs and lo and behold one broke spring. Wow, called Overhead Door and was presently surprised of the professionally answered phone. Thanks Dillion. He said he would have someone over there within the next hour. On the dot Devon shows up and has me in business and door goes up and down. Thanks Devon. Then Tuesday afternoon Mark shows up and is already to install my 2 brand new springs!! Done in 35 minutes!! Mark also does some maintenance items on my rollers and cables!! Wow!! Thx Mark!! Here’s the kicker, Overhead door trucks are clean as a whistle and very updated rigs, plus the service people have great looking uniforms that really shows how professional this company is!! Keep up the awesome service Overhead Door. People do not hesitate if you want it done correctly the first time!! Call them you will be impressed!!

The spring on our garage door broke. The company sent someone same day to fix it. We had another quote for 490.00 from another company. Overhead Door did the same job for 210.00. I highly recommend them and will use them for future needs!

During a very, very cold evening, I had a little incident causing the lower roller to pop out of the track...Overhead Door rep was available when I called after 7 PM and arranged for help early the next day (on a Saturday!!) Talk about first world problems! Our garage door broke on a Sunday morning, something snapped and the chain just hung slack. We actually had to get out of the car go through the house and lift the garage door open manually. I know, it was like living in caveman era. One call Monday morning had a service tech from Overhead Door Co. At our house by 1 o’clock Monday afternoon and problem fixed within 45 minutes. Both the scheduler and the service tech were awesome and I’m sorry, I can’t remember their names.

I called late in the morning and had a service technician show up by mid afternoon. Replaced the burn our unit and check other area of garage door and opener. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great service! He showed up on time, but our ring doorbell decided to quit working so I never knew he was here and gone. After a half hour I noticed a phone message he was here and gone. I called his number and he came back after finishing another job. He was super friendly and replaced both door seals (much more involved I expected) and job well done. He also lubricate all moving parts. Very satisfied!

We've only had Overhead Door Co. fix our garage doors in various houses we've lived in Sioux Falls. They have always been able to figure out what the problem is and fix it in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend them if you have a problem. The technician was polite and curtious and answered all of my questions.

My garage door started jamming and only opened about 6". I could close it and it would usually open on the second try. Besides jamming, it sounded as if the door was going to fall apart. Overhead Door came to the rescue and sent over one of their senior techs, Preston. He readjusted the tracks slightly and tested everything before he left. While I still brace for sound, it's operating as smooth as silk! Thank you, Preston!

I had a wonderful experience with overhead door company. My wife left for work at 5 in the morning and told me the garage door wasn’t working.
So I went and looked it over and seen a cable on one side had broke. So I looked for places that fix garage doors and seen what there was around Sioux Falls and seen the reviews for overhead doors were almost all 5 star.
So I looked them up and left a message.
They called back a little after 8 and ask for more information. I gave them my info and they said they would put me down. I only waited 4 hours before I received a call saying he was headed my way. When he arrived we talked a bit and he looked over the situation and told me that I needed two cables so the old one doesn’t break also. I asked about a price and he said oh about so much. And I was very happy with that. He went right to work and was done in about 20 minutes to half hour. VERY HAPPY WITH OVERHEAD DOORS. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

They really stand out with communication, problem solving and customer service. When you call you will get helpful solutions for simple troubleshooting, solid answers to questions and reasonably timed appointments for your garage door issues. Not every single issue requires a technician and if you can make a trip out to them for parts, or take their suggestions on what to do sometimes you may be fortunate enough to avoid a service charge. It's 100% worth it when they actually come out as the technicians are knowledgeable and thourough when they assess the maintenance issue. You are much appreciated for what you do for the small business owners in town.

Our garage coil snapped and my car was stuck inside. They showed up on time and within about an hour, fixed door quickly and had me on my way. Very happy with the service.

My wife told me that we were having a problem with our double-sized garage door. Upon inspection, I notices a major problem with one of our metal cables tearing apart. I called OHD and a tech was here about a half hour later. Technician Preston did a fantastic job replacing cables on both sides of the door along with some rollers and a couple of pulleys that were looking very worn. He did a complete examination of all the hinges and lubed them all. He realigned the track on one side to make the door operate smoothly. My trust in OHD was reaffirmed! If you have a problem with your garage door, call them and you will never regret it.

Preston did an outstanding job fixing my mistake, explained how to avoid this in the future, and helped me install a new door seal. My mom and I were getting ready to leave this morning but the garage door wouldn't open. We tried everything and finally called this company. They showed up with in a few hours, told us the problem was a broken spring and temporarily fixed our garage so we could leave. Our technician Preston came back awhile later and replaced the spring and cables. He did a super good job, very professional! Everything is working as it should now.

Made a call on a Monday morning and they were able to have a service professional at our house in a couple or hours. He knew exactly what needed to be done and the work was done efficiently…he even help remove the squeaking noise on our other double door.

I called Overhead in the morning and was about 50 miles away from needing service I thought when they scheduled me it was going to take several days within an hour there was a technician there fixed me up and was on his way I couldn’t believe it. This is my second time using Overhead Door. This time I wanted current motor on double bay moved to the single bay garage, plus wanted to upgrade motor for double bay. The salesman, John Gross, was a pleasure to speak with. I was able to get a quick install within a week. The tech was quick and efficient, plus personable and answered all of my questions.

I called because of problems with my garage door opener. A Technician came out the next morning. Of course, the opener worked then! However, he checked and lubricated the rails, increased the power to make it function more smoothly, and reprogrammed all my remote controls. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Cost was very reasonable.

This company is honest and has integrity. If I could give these guys 10 stars I totally would! My cables came off the drum and I called Prolift and they quoted me $280 for the job. Overhead did it for $95. They had it done before I had time to even go over there and pick up my own tools. I have rentals so I am well-versed in dealing with service companies and always try to do my due diligence to make sure that they are competent and have honest pricing. These guys definitely made the contact list in my phone!

Our garage door had one of the cables rust out after nearly 24 years. I called Overhead Door in Sioux Falls around 11AM and they were able to schedule it that afternoon. I judge a company on how they right a wrong.

Several months ago they replaced a door. Since then we had problems and called them out on numerous occasions. The problems remained unresolved.

This week, following a length discussion with Daniel, the problems were attributed to a motor unsuited to the door. They replaced the motor with one better suited to the replacement door. All appears to be right now.

They stood behind their product and made it right. That's five star performance in my book.

Called over head door at 11am for a repair, and they had someone on site by 2:30pm. I new lock was perfectly installed on my garage door. And even with the horrible weather taking place, it was done within 20-30 minutes. Replaced 3 garage seals on my storage unit. Cable kept unraveling on 2 out of 3 doors. After frustration & some created cursing I left the project overnight. Called these guys 1st thing to come out to fix the cable. Receptionist was friendly/helpful. Stated upfront service fee to come out. Receptionist called me at work to let me know garage tech arrival would be w/in 30mins. Tech arrived w/in 30mins. Tech friendly/helpful. Completed task. Did not make me feel bad for trying my hand at changing the bottom seals (seals fine/cables irritating!!). Would use them in the future.
