Reviews
Nielson Construction team was very cooperative and flexible which led to a smooth sales experience. They were easy to contact and responded immediately. There were no surprises at closing. They stood behind their one year warranty. The few minor issues were resolved in a short period of time.
Couldn’t have asked for a better home building experience from start to finish. Extremely professional, informative, and knowledgeable about each phase of the building process. They paid close attention to details, quality, and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend!
Such a wonderful, quiet neighborhood! Great neighbors and community activities. So glad we made the move! We love our house.
Just celebrated our 1st year of living at Serenity. A great community of people! Community coffee, and more things being organized to interact with neighbors (and now friends).
We have been in our home for 7 years and have had a few minor issues (dormer window needed replacing, moving of electrical outlets, roof issues), but after the recent storm we contacted Nielson about a perceived issue with the installation of roof flashing, after the insurance adjuster and roofing company suspected that it was installed incorrectly in a couple of places.
Eric was so responsive and came out immediately following the submission of concern. He explained and showed that the flashing was, in fact installed correctly, and that there were other spots (he helped seal) that may have been the cause of some water getting in over the years. Grateful for his work to address this concern and others, and especially appreciative of his professionalism over the years.
Lindsey Tcehunick was our realtor and Justin property manager .
I Had issues after we bought the home and they were taken care of right away . They are very helpful and attentive also while they were selling home .
She’s been very kind and professional in terms of expediting issues !
Very good construction corporation and take care of their home buyers !
We appreciate the ‘behind the scenes’ team at Nielson-from prompt replies to our many emails and good communication with us and our realtor to our construction walk through and follow up and to our paperwork completion too. It was all done timely and as stated. We appreciate everyone we worked with at Nielson Construction and our new home is fabulous!
We bought a house from Nielson in April 2023. Brandy was fantastic to deal with! Very knowledgeable and made herself available whenever we wanted to view homes or if we had questions. Would definitely recommend!!
We used Nielson Construction for our first home build and could not be more pleased! The time frame we were given was spot which is not the case in the world we are living in now days. The communication between the staff, my husband, and I was exceptional! Every step was explained very well and was great to always be in the loop! We plan to build again as we continue to grow our family and will definitely use Nielson Construction again!!
Everything went great. They always keep you informed and updated on the construction progress. Our home was completed and we were able to move in a week ahead of schedule. I would use Nielsen Construction again if we were to build another home.
Nice bar. Great service
The key of success of any builder is the home quality and post-sale service during and after warranty, Nielson Construction have an excellent post-sale service especially in response and resolve time if any, I am sharing my very positive experience based on purchasing my new home and spending more than one year dealing with them.
We have worked with several other Construction companies over the years. Working with Nielson Construction was ''A walk in the Park'' compared to our prior experiences. They do what they say they are going to do and it will be done on or before they say it will be done. They do not portray false expectations but very realistic ones. I had the luxury of being able to monitor the majority of the process and enjoyed working with all of Nielson Constructions team. They really put forth a great deal of effort to ensure the customer gets what they want.

Great company to work with when building a custom home or your very first home. They have a variety of lots and developments to choose from and the staff are there for you every step of the way when choosing a floor plan and finishes.
I have now worked with KN Construction for custom homes with multiple clients. Their communication and willingness to help my clients envision their ideas has been extremely helpful. Greg and Lexi have been great to work with.
