Quick and easy! Guys were in and out in about 20 minutes. Old microwave out and new one in. Installers were professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
John and Randall did a super job delivering our freezer. They were thoughtful and careful. It was nice working with them!
We chose a GE Profile refrigerator online and went to Mahlander's to see it. We were disappointed that the specific refrigerator we wanted to see was not in stock. Our salesman, Dustin was helpful, answering our questions and helpful in our purchase. The refrigerator arrived when promised. The Mahlander delivery crew, John and Randall, were great. They went the extra mile doing a superb job to insure our satisfaction. We are well pleased with our new refrigerator.
I highly recommend Vicki. She's a pleasure to work with. Mahlanders has much better pricing than Montgomery's. Plus until 4/30, they have their anniversary sale going on!
We had our new washer & dryer delivered by Mahlander’s last Thursday and were happy to see the same two person team arrive that had delivered our new refrigerator, oven, and microwave last November 2025. They are very nice and always do a great job!
What a delightful & easy install. Randall & Keontae were absolutely wonderful to work with & made sure the new range was completely ready for before leaving.
I've bought a couple appliances from Mahlander's and have had a great experience each time. Sales staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Delivery staff are kind and thorough. Will absolutely be purchasing from them again.
Homer was fantastic to work with pick out our new fridge and microwave. He walked through all the options, was knowledgeable in the equipment as well as installation.
Installation was a breeze. John and his crew were courteous, protected the floor and walls, moved the old equipment out and made sure all the new equipment worked properly.
Great experience all around!
Dustin in Sales and the two young men that delivered the freezer were all professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Would recommend Mahlander's for all your appliance needs.
Delivery and install of new fridge was very professional. A door had to be removed and it was done without any issues. The two service men were very careful in all aspects.
If you're looking for a business and delivery service that prioritizes excellent customer service and reliability, I wholeheartedly recommend Mahlander’s. They exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future! The whole team was informative, polite, timely, and delivered our washer and dryer immediately. The delivery crew was very kind and careful…impressive!!!
Randall and Keontae were the gentlemen who delivered my washer and dryer set. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Very quick, friendly and professional. They did a great job!
John and Randall delivered my mom's new refrigerator and removed the old one today. I appreciate their patience in answering all her questions and the genuine care they showed while moving through her house. It's because of this great customer care that keeps her going back to Mahlander's.
John and Randall were the best delivery men I've ever had. They were efficient, kind and courteous the entire time. Brought my dryer in with care and made sure everything was correct while hooking it up. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided!
Very competitive pricing if not the cheapest !! Attentive salesman !! Free or reasonable extras including appliance disposal and new braided hoses. Excellent delivery service, he was the best !! Made sure all hooked up and running. Way better experience than the last box store we dealt with and not all the extra charges !!
Everything was delivered on time and in good shape. Both of the drivers were friendly and did a good job installing our dryer.
We had great customer service. We noticed a small dent in our new refrigerator days after delivery. My husband called to ask if they could fix it. They ordered a new skin and replaced it within days for no additional charge! Very happy customers
I thirougly enjoyed the appliance installation. The guys were pleasant and efficient. They were open to my input and suggestions . It was a wonderful experience!
Started with Jeff Marso who knew we needed a new garage fridge. He explained what we would need and then He handed the reins over to Dustin Marso who was an Excellent sales expert and very knowledgeable. Tayden & John delivered our fridge and we're very polite and friendly. They took our old fridge off our hands and got our new one in all leveled up. We will definitely work with Mahlanders in the future. 5 Stars!!💫💫💫💫💫
I worked with Kristen on multiple occasions. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. She helped me not only research what I "thought" I wanted (I am no designer so it was incredible to have her expertise) and finally select the lighting for our bathrooms and living room. These were large purchases, and I felt she was the first person I worked with (I visited a number of other stores prior to this) that was cost conscious and listened to what we wanted. I will return! Thank you!!
Two lovely men came and installed my washer today. Timely, professional, friendly, and accommodating. Thankful Mahlander’s was able to help me with my replacement GE unit.
When I wanted to give my main floor a facelift, I worked with Madi to provide ideas and coordinate lighting that flowed from area to area in my home. She was amazing! There were endless options and she made what started as an overwhelming task to a very fun experience. Kudos to her and the company for providing top-notch products and service!
Went here to look at replacement light fixtures and fans for our house. They have the entire spectrum in terms of price and style. You really have to walk around the whole store to make sure you see everything. Actually looking at a fixture instead of a picture makes a world of difference. If something is close to what you want, you can talk with one of the staff and they will look for variations and similar fixtures from the manufacturer.
Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and their selection is very good for the size of the store. Have purchased a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and now a microwave here. They install the new and take away the old, great service!
Mahlanders is my first stop to find unique and best lighting fixtures. The staff is super helpful. Quality product and quality staff!
I worked with Kristen for a large entryway fixture and could not have been happier with her expertise, the selection at Mahlanders, or their service!
Mahlanders was great to work with and I highly recommend them. There sales team was very nice, especially Madi she was extremely helpful and was easy to work with on finding our lights that worked perfectly for our home. She even reached out after we got them asking if we loved our lights, honestly, I’ve never had a company do that before. Thank you Madi and Mahlanders for our great experience.
Not only do they offer quality products but their service after the sale was exceptional. Jeff and Mike replaced my stovetop and were a joy to have! Quality employees
When it comes to finding the perfect blend of quality, variety, and exceptional customer service in Sioux Falls, Manders Appliance and Lighting stands out. From my experience, their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, exuding a level of expertise that instills confidence in every interaction. From Tom, to Rosie, to Nancy, each team member seems genuinely invested in ensuring customers find exactly what they need, offering guidance but never pressure.
Manders boasts an impressive array of appliances that truly caters to every possible need and preference. Whether you’re renovating your kitchen or upgrading your laundry room, they have THE appliance for it, enveloped in quality and advanced technology. Their dedication to variety is further demonstrated by their staggering collection of lighting options, accounting for over 100 vendors. This diverse selection makes Manders a one-stop-shop for both functionality and style.
My personal testament to their excellence comes from our family's continued support of this business. We've purchased our last two sets of appliances through Manders and have been nothing but pleased. The durability and performance of the appliances have proven their value time and again. Manders is not just a retailer; they're a reliable partner in enhancing the heart of your home.
Great products and staff. I went in, and I was very surprised at the pricing. It was very reasonable and a way different selection. Mirror lights and appliances.
Mahlanders are angels. I put in a service call & talked to Jeff & he walked me thru steps to figure out what the problem could be, that’s customer service!!
Once we figured it out Jeff booked an appointment he ordered the parts,
he brought 2 parts just in case & he explained everything while he was working on it. I learned things about a dishwasher that I never knew.
He was very knowledgeable about the dishwasher & in no time at all he was finished he doubled checked to make sure it was running with no leaks everything was back in place. A very good experience. I will be a Mahlanders customer for life because of people like Jeff & Tom was our salesman 6 years ago, it doesn’t get any better than that.
Mahlanders prices are very reasonable.
Visited the store myself the first time mainly I didn't get the same vibe as someone who knows the products in home depot. The first meeting was informative and the salesman that day was helpful but had to return with my wife. Return visit with my wife, met a different salesman, he answered our questions as a result we reversed course on what dishwasher we were gonna buy our first top control dishwasher. I was surprised to find out it would be ready in within short amount of time. The guy the recommended to go install it was fabulous. I just thought they went a bit beyond what they could have done. My wife does want to return in the future if one of our major appliances breaks. On side note, the dishwasher we got I find it pretty great compared to what came in the house we bought by far. I recommend this place. You pay for Quality that's what you'd get. I'm sure if we have any serious issues they'd work with us to meet that satisfaction the best they can within reason.
We had a great experience at Mahlander's! The Sales Team is very knowledgeable and helped us find the appliances and lighting we needed! No wonder they have been in business for over 100+ years!
Nancy is the best! She knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me several options before I found the one I like best. They had many in stock items which made it so much more enjoyable than a big box store. You definitely need to check out their home decor and don’t forget the appliances!
Fast service and very friendly!
Always very helpful and knowledgeable.
Always friendly and knowledgeable. I've been shopping here for years.
Best products, best service.
Great store for lighting, home decor, and appliances.
We've purchased appliances here for 2 houses over the past 6 years and we've had 3 services calls in that time. One for the fridge, one for the dishwasher, and one for the washing machine. They've been outstanding to work with. Homer and Tom have always taken great care of us and their service techs and local and very professional. in every support case they were able to get out to us within 24-48 hours. Very happy with the experience we've had with them.
Excellent selection of lighting and appliance lines. Experienced sales and a full service department.
Tom Marso is hands down the best at taking care of people!
