Creative Surfaces

Molly was incredibly helpful suggesting different options. Everyone who walked in our hole was professional and kind. The whole process was smooth and simple. We chose polished Macbeth with a cast iron sink. The installers put brackets under the sink due to its weight. We couldn’t be happier!

Plenty of wonderful choices for counter and backsplash, etc. We went in the store looking for granite choices and came out convinced that Quartz is just as good and a little less expensive. We had a short wait for the materials and any snags along the way were quickly resolved or rescheduled by Molly. Molly is a very competent low-pressure representative.

Our family was very pleased and thankful to work with the exceptionally professional, friendly, and truly caring staff of Creative Surfaces on a project to replace the kitchen, island, and two bathroom defective laminate countertops with Cambria Buxton and Colton Quartz in a newer home of a family member.

These are the very professional and helpful Creative Surfaces Staff who worked with us: Molly was our very patient and helpful main contact; Karen worked with Molly assisting in professional interior design advice; Aaron provided expert advice, measured areas, and was involved in coordinating the installation; Sarah the manager and Darrek the drafter were on site to help us finalize the edges for the new quartz because the existing laminate was inconsistent; Brandon and Alex and another were expert installers who were very efficient, neat, and left the house with no mess whatsoever.

Based on our experience Creative Surfaces are contractors who are experts and specialists in their field with high standards who you can count on to work with you in a collaborative team effort until the project is fully completed and completed to your satisfaction.

The ladies that work at creative surfaces were very accommodating and helpful. We had no idea what we wanted, but they made the whole process easy. I love our cambria countertop. The backsplash goes perfectly with it also. Would highly recommend them.

We're pretty excited about our new Breakfast and Coffee Bar! The customer service offered by Creative Surfaces from our first contact in their Sioux Falls showroom to the very end of the project was stellar. Every contact involved a two hour drive for them and they followed through every time with exactly what they said they were going to do. They completed our project on time and installed it flawlessly. We are super pleased and will use them again for our next project.

Excellent service from start to finish! Installation crew arrived on time and completed their work the same day. A pleasure to work with their entire team and we are extremely satisfied with the finished countertop.

Creative Surfaces has the best staff and space in town when it comes to luxury countertops anywhere in your home or business!

We remodeled our kitchen in early 2019, and enjoyed over a year of our perfect countertop and backsplash tiles. During the planning, I loved, loved, loved working with the CS team in Sioux Falls. Since a kitchen remodel is not something you do often, I wanted to get it right. The SF team provided an amazing customer experience, very helpful and not pushy and they really listened and they were so patient. Many thanks to them. Then came the installation team, all I can say is wow. It fit perfectly and what a professional amazing team! So it's been over a year, and I still love the countertop and tiles. About once a week, I say to my husband (even now), "Have I mentioned to you lately, how much I love our new kitchen?". I do and still do. Thanks Creative Services. I will recommend CS to anyone.

I've used the Stone Center in Sioux Falls for several projects and I'm thrilled with the quality of products and service I get from them. We selected Cambria quartz for our projects because the design team at the store explained in detail the differences between quartz vs granite and we wanted virtually maintenance free countertops. Cambria really is the best product on the market. The installers did a wonderful job as well. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up nicely when they completed the installation. I highly recommend the Stone Center for your countertops.

We are putting Cambria in our new home. The Stone Center has been a wonderful addition to our building team. Highly recommended.

OK, I am impressed enough to write a review on this company! From the first time I walked into their Minnesota Ave store, my entire experience went smoothly and without a hitch! I now have a beautiful new kitchen with countertops that get noticed! All I can say is I definitely made the right choice working with the Stone Center!
