Carpet One Sioux Falls

After many years, it was time to replace our main floor carpeting. Not being spring chickens, we needed someone who would also move our furniture to allow the carpet to be installed. Carpet One was willing to do this and the end result is fantastic! The carpet crew stayed through the evening to finish the install in one day. They were very professional and we were pleased to get it all done in one day.

I had carpet installed by Carpet One and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I worked with Jill and her and the entire team were professional, punctual, and easy to communicate with. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and the quality of the installation really shows—everything looks seamless and feels great underfoot. They also left the space spotless when they were done, which I really appreciated. I’d absolutely recommend Carpet One to anyone looking for high-quality carpet and reliable service

I recently purchased Karastan carpet from Carpet One in Sioux Falls, taking advantage of a great sale. The sales process was smooth, thanks to Jill, who helped me select the perfect carpet. However, the special order took over four weeks longer than expected due to manufacturing delays. Communication about the delay could have been better, especially since I had scheduled painting and furniture moving around the installation date. Fortunately, I stayed on top of the status, and we were able to adjust the schedule accordingly. Despite the delay, the installation team did an excellent job, and the carpet looks great. I recommend special order customers to stay proactive with follow-up calls to ensure a smooth process. Overall, I'm satisfied with the carpet and the installation.

We worked with Jill and the process couldn't have been any easier. We were never pressured into buying anything we didnt want or couldn't afford. She gave us great advice and helped us pick out products we are extremely happy with. We will definitely be using carpet one again to finish the rest of our house.

Carpet One has been our go to flooring store! Jill Hanneman was excellent to work with! She was ready to answer questions and was very helpful as we selected the best flooring for our house.

Working with Bobbie Jo and James was the best I could have asked for. She was knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful in the decision making process, as well as all the steps along the way. James was prompt, courteous, and hard working. He was skillful enough to leave extra to cover another set of stairs, and did an amazing job throughout the entire room. I highly recommend them, and will only buy them again!

I have to say that we have never purchased carpet before. We selected our carpet abs there maybe a bit confusing but we got the carpet we actually ordered, however due to the mix up it wasn’t what we thought it was. Joan the store manager personally helped us around the showroom to fix our issue and literally never been treated so genuinely to help resolve the issue. It was so completely unexpected given it that we did order ultimately. Certainly not the norm in today’s world. Truly amazing service.

Working with Jill at Carpet One in Sioux Falls was so easy. We provided her what we were looking for and our budget. She was able to provide us numerous choices within our budge and we found exactly what we were looking for and came in under he budget. Will work with Jill again on our next flooring project. Great Experience.

This is the second time that we have gone to Carpet One to purchase and install our carpets - both times were really great experiences! Ambriana was fantastic in helping us identify the perfect carpet for our needs and coordinating everything - just really made it all easy. The installers were very nice, even when our littles got a little bit nosey at the end, and of course, everything looked great!

Working with Joe and Carpet One for our flooring project made things so stress free and easy. He worked with us to find new samples to take home each time we showed up to the store until we finally settled on the perfect floors for us. The install was done so fast and professionally. We couldn’t be more happy with our choice!

We renovated an old farmhouse and had quirky needs. We worked with Ambriana for both carpet and LVP. She was knowledgeable, flexible, and we ended up with fantastic, durable products.

Great experience at Carpet One! We were looking for a flooring service and met Ambriana at Carpet One. She gave as a white glove service from picking the right material to arranging installation. Flooring was installed and looked great. Kudos to Ambriana and Carpet One for great service!!!

Ambriana was so easy to work with! She was willing to help me with anything I needed and went the extra mile for us! Thank you!

We had all 3 of our bathrooms remodeled and the choices and options for floor coverings and shower and wall tiles were overwhelming! It was so neat to bounce ideas off Ambriana! She was so patient through the months long project and provided her honest opinion! She really had a flare for style and provided lots of ideas, but helped narrow them down! I will stop and see Ambriana and the Carpet One team again for our next project!

Ambriana was a great help with our carpeting project. She listened to our needs, provided several options, and was great to work with during the entire process.

Joe Bur was very helpful with my carpeting purchase. He helped me chose the correct color to match my wood floors. The carpet installers did a fabulous job as well.

Went through Carpet one for a small job. Workers did great and were timely. Talked to Jill who helped me find carpet which of course is dependent on color etc . She didn’t try to press me to buy the most expensive carpet which i greatly appreciate. She asked and i told her what it was for which helped me find a solution faster. The questions are the answers for looking to make a sale.

We were very happy with our experience at Carpet One. We utilized them for our basement renovation - Jill helped us with carpet, LVP, and tile. She was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. We loved the end product and couldn’t be happier with the service we were provided.

Want to thank Ryan and John, for getting my quotes done. Installing on time and budget. Pleasure to work with them. Highly recommend.

Loved my experience with Carpet One. Ambriana humored my ocd letting me take samples home bring back and take different samples. She pushed me out of my comfort zone with better quality and i am glad she did. The higher quality is worth every penny. The whole staff made me feel welcome making me laugh and enjoy myself as i came to a decision. Once decision was made and order in, Joe and Mario did an awsome job installing. Loved their work and professionalism. I will be back for phase 2 they give great advice. Thanks Carpet One staff.

Ryan has been awesome, going above and beyond any time we have flooring needs. From layouts, samples, quotes, and installation advice, his customer service is a 10/10. I recommend him to anyone who has any flooring or tile needs.

John at Carpet One is one of the most pleasant people I have ever worked with in construction! He is such a delightful person and very accommodating. We were in a bind and he helped us out last minute as the carpet we ordered from another store that our builder had set up fell through and John stepped up! We were extremely grateful for his willingness to help us out. The install and product was wonderful, they were extremely efficient and we are very pleased with the outcome!

I had a very good experience at CarpetOne of Sioux Falls, SD. I had not planned on buying anything that day, but the sales lady (Ambriana McKissick) showed us exactly the sort of material we were looking for and gave us a good deal, so we went ahead a bought it.

The material (glue-down vinyl strips) went down easily and gave us a nice new floor for my home study. I highly recommend this store.

I had Joan Baltz help me choosing the carpet for our office. She was very helpful and explained the different carpet types and warranty's available. We were on a time schedule in getting the carpet installed and she was very good at keeping me updated on the arrival of our order. I loved how quick she was at responding to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend her for any of your flooring needs!

The salesman, Larry Hoflock, met us right after we entered the store. He directed us to the flooring options for a laundry room. He was very helpful and courteous. He answered our questions and concerns very well.
The installer, Jeff, did a fine job of installing the vinyl plank.
We are very pleased with the service from Carpet One. We had previously purchased carpet from Carpet One.

Carpet One is a clean, inviting, and a pretty store. The signs on the walls were nice to help me find where I wanted to shop. The front desk person who greeted me was really nice. Karen is the sales person who is helping me. She is knowledgeable and has a great sense of color. She is nice and nice to work with.

I started my flooring project a few months ago. Still not done and drifted off to look at backsplashes. The salesperson, Karen, is so patient with me. She is a gem. The professionalism at Carpet One is grand. And so many great products to choose from.

When we entered Carpet One, it was such a beautiful store. We was greeted promptly and had a sales person by our side shortly. Karen was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She listened to our likes and dislikes and knew what to show us. It was a great experience.

The staff is very helpful and welcoming as soon as you walk in. We got our carpet picked out, house measured and carpet installed in a very timely manor.

I had a great experience with Carpet One, and my basement turned out fantastic! My parents had a bad experience with another flooring place in Sioux Falls, so I was nervous about how my carpet would turn out. The installers did a great job on the carpet, tile, and vinyl flooring I got. The Carpet One employees were very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice. You won't get better service or better products anywhere in town! Thank you to Karen, Steve, and the rest of the amazing team at Carpet One for the job well done.

Janelle is wonderful to work with. She has helped me for almost 20 years and I keep going back to her because I know I she will always do an amazing job. She is kind, polite and always finds you exactly what you are looking for!

On our 1st trip to Carpet One, we were lucky to be approached by Letty Proud. She was extremely helpful and patiently dealt with our many questions about so many samples.
We have returned often to double check our choices. Letty even helped us match the paint to go with the carpet. She's the best and we have redone quite a few houses.

Steve Pass was great to work with in finding carpet for our home! We had originally had the carpet we wanted picked out, however, the style had been discontinued. He was able to find enough to put in one of our bedrooms and graciously spent time with us to find a different product to put on the main level in our home. Definitely would recommend Steve and CarpetOne to anyone looking for flooring!!

Steve Pass has been great to work, we have used Steve multiple times because he goes above and beyond to make sure we have the right product, a high quality material. I deeply appreciated his assistance.

We recently purchased carpet from Carpet One and were pleased with the service we received. Ryan was very helpful and prompt to respond to any questions we had throughout the process.

I worked with Steve Pass, he worked hard trying to find the linoleum I ordered that had been discontinued. He went above and beyond. Great attitude and friendly!

Steve made me feel welcoming and took good care of me. He made me feel important and was willing to help. Because of Steve I purchased the product and I’m happy with my new floor. Working with Letty was awesome she is great with what we wanted was wonderful with our color schemes in our home. I've never worked with anyone that gets on the floor and works wonderful magic. Thank you for your patients and great job. My number one place for a great experience!!!

I had a great experience with Steven Pass and everyone at Carpet One! I redid my entire main floor with new vinyl and carpet and Steven made the selection process really easy. The installers for both the vinyl and the carpet were personable and professional. The finished product is fantastic!

My sales lady Letty was wonderful. My installer was fantastic. I LOVE my wood floors.

Susan saved us, we just closed on a house Friday and found out we had to remove all the basement carpet and install new carpet for health concerns. Susan, got us a great deal and got an installer out on Monday to install the carpet. Seriously top notch customer service. I will certainly do business with them in the future.

What a wonderful experience at Carpet One! The products are exceptional and so is the service. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable sales person. Letty was both those things and fun too! I would recommend highly.

I had great experience working with Susan. She was helpful to me in finding a size and was able to negotiate on a price for the rug I purchased. I purchased a 10 x 13 area rug for my living room and am happy with the results. Floor staff were quick and helpful with rolling and loading this very large rug in to my van.

I worked with James Kats at Carpet one to floor my entire home. He was very courteous (not pushy at all) and conscious of the cost and quality of the products he was putting in front of my wife and I. When he didn't know the answer to a question we had asked he would find a salesman that knew more about the product to get us an answer. We live about 1 1/2 hours away from the store, but decided to have the install done through Carpet One because we wanted to have the warranties all through one place. Wow Were they great as well! They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. Both Roy the (Wood/Bamboo) and Josh (the Carpet and vinyl) were diligent while they worked, and concerned about the quality of the install. Thanks Carpet One for the help and making it go so smoothly.
