So glad BHFCU has a branch in Sioux Falls. I have been a member since 1979 in Rapid City. 46 years and I have never had a bad experience! The new Cash Back card is awesome. I have taken out and paid off many loans over the years and their rates are as good as any bank around! Friendly staff and tellers and managed very well. Keep up the good work and support for all the members at all branch locations!👍😃❤️

I stopped by there for some information regarding my financial situation. The lady was very nice, friendly and helpful, but I do question the time it took to see me initially. She could have passed on making small talk with people coming into the lobby while I was waiting for her in her office.

My two minor critiques were, minor. I would not hesitate to see her again for my banking needs.

Adam B. is a tremendous asset at the E. 10th location, I don't mind not having in-person tellers like some complain of. The system is easy to use and I like it, no problems. I don't use the bill pay system though, so I can't comment on that. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thanks!

What a great experience, we love our branch in Rapid City. We reached out to them for a business loan for 2 new vans. Later in the day Jeremy reached out to us from the Sioux Falls branch and informed us that our hometown bank did not have a business loan officer available right now, and that he could help us. We started on Friday and the fallowing Monday we were moving our new vehicles to the shop. Jeremy did an awesome job and took online banking to another level. He made it so easy; it was unbelievable. Jeremy hats off to you and thank you for the great experience from a distance.

Customer service has been great in person. Everyone is friendly at this location. (I only really have visited this one). Customer service via phone isn't terrible but wouldn't say outstanding as of yet. The teller option was different for me, but after using it I really did like it. I bank at BHFCU when I lived in Rapid City many years ago, but once I realized they were in Sioux Falls I was glad to go back!

I love this ATM. It's always clean and operating. Also, no fees for cashapp and venmo withdrawals. You can withdraw in increments of 5$ which is so convenient.

I just popped in quick to get some cash from a shared credit union. I didn't catch the employees name, sorry, but she was super helpful! In and out in like 3 minutes. Thanks so much! Will definitely use yall again if I need to!

My car loan and savings account are here, and I absolutely love this place. They are open on drive through longer than most banks, and the tellers are always so friendly and helpful. Bill helped me today and made my day a little brighter with his kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a financial institution!

This bank is awesome. Great rates and they have awesome tools for money management. The ATMs are great with their virtual tellers and them bring stationed in Rapid City they are open longer than most other banks.

I wanted to give a shout out to Josh and Eric in the Sioux Falls BHFCU location for going above and beyond to make my mortgage refi easy and really give me the white glove service. They have been excellent communicators and have went out of their way to take care of me.

Staff is friendly, cheerful and very knowledgeable. The drive-up atm is good for fee-free withdrawals for members of other credit unions but deposits must be made inside. The fee for all others to withdraw cash from the atm is $2.
